Interim Human Resources
If you find yourself in need of a human resources leader, we will fill the job in the interim and assist with the interviewing and placement process of a permanent leader. We can supplement your existing staff with strategic HR skills on an ongoing basis.
Workplace Investigations
We provide objective, third party work place investigations. Working with your general counsel and/or outside counsel, we will investigate employee workplace issues and report all of the findings back to the organization for legal recommendation and action. Additionally, we will provide sensitivity coaching that may be required as a result of findings of inappropriate behavior in an investigation.
Human Resource Executive Development
As your company has grown, you most likely have someone performing general human resources duties such as payroll, benefits, recruiting and other day-to-day responsibilities. As you continue to grow, you may need to further develop your human resources department and/or your HR director's skills. We will complete an audit of the HR department and/or work with your human resource director to create an HR plan and an individual development plan to build a more strategic department aligned with your business objectives.

Once designed, we will build a communication plan for affected individuals and the organization.
People Development
Building the professional skills of the organization requires a focused plan for building career paths and building skills and succession in the organization. We design professional career path and succession planning programs and work with each of the individuals in your organization to help them build a path to job fulfillment. We provide executive and managerial coaching, leadership seminars and employ assessments tools such as 360 feedback.
Team Development
New teams often need help in learning how to work together. Established teams may not be functioning to full capacity. In many cases, teams need to work on building better individual relationships among team members. We provide team development and team building sessions in a fun setting to identify areas for team improvement and growth.
